Q: First things first. What is your return policy?
A: We stand behind our products 100%. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority—so please contact us if you have any issues with your order. If we cannot come to a solution that works for you, you can always return the snack for a full refund (minus shipping and handling).
Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: When you join the Caveman Crew and subscribe to our email list, we’ll send you updates, special promotions, and more. You didn’t hear this from us, but you just might get the chance to try some free sample packs.
Q: Where can I find nutrition facts on your products?
A:You don’t have to hunt around to find out what’s inside our nutritious paleo snacks. Find all nutritional info on our Nutritional Facts page, or check out the image gallery on individual product pages.
Q: I need to try this stuff. Where can I find your product locally?
A: We partner with retailers all over the US, including Sprouts, Costco, Walmart, Walgreens, and Meijer. If you are on the hunt for a specific product, send us an email with your city and state and we’ll do everything we can to direct you.
Q: Let’s talk discounts. Do you offer them?
A: We offer a subscription that gives you a savage discount off all Caveman products, along with free shipping on orders more than $35. On top of that, we give our Caveman Crew even more discounts and savings on a regular basis. To be the first to know about these, sign up for our email list and follow us on Instagram.

Q: Help! How do I add a discount to my order?
A: After you add items to your cart, click on the checkout button. The place to enter your promo code will be under the items in your cart. If you do not see it, click the “Show Order Summary” link. And if you are still having issues, send us an email and we’ll happily help you figure it out.
Q: How do I know if my package has been delivered?
A: We automatically send you an email once your package ships, including a tracking number. You will receive another email notification letting you know when your package is delivered.
Q: I received a notification that my package was delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?
A: Keep calm and Caveman on! Start by checking each of your doors (and your neighbors too). Sometimes mail can be accidentally dropped off at the wrong place. If you still cannot find your package, please send us an email to let us know. We also recommend contacting FedEx for more information, because sometimes the driver can make a mistake.
Q: Could I be allergic to your bars?
A: Caveman bars are grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, and soy-free. That said, we do use tree nuts and seeds in most of our bars. For other specific allergen issues, make sure to always check the nutritional information before indulging.
Q: How can I tell if a product is Paleo Certified or Paleo Friendly Certified?
A: You can find all Paleo certification information on each product page, as well as printed on the wrapper.
Q: Hold on - what's the difference between Paleo and Paleo-Friendly?
A: Great question. Paleo Certified means that the products do not contain highly processed ingredients and are free from dairy, legumes, grains, and artificial ingredients.
Paleo Friendly Certified contain Paleo ingredients but allows some foods in gray areas such as dark chocolate and minimally processed ingredients.
Q: I’m on a keto diet. Can I still eat your products?
