Q: What is your return policy?
A: We stand behind our products 100%. Please contact us if you have any issues so that we can find some way to make sure you are fully satisfied. If we cannot find a solution that works, you can always return the product for a full refund (minus shipping and handling).
Q: Do you offer samples or coupons?
A: We do not currently ship free samples. However, we do occasionally have promotions where we offer sample packs or the option to add a free sample to your order. Please sign up for our email list to receive special offers.
Q: Where can I find the nutrition facts on your product?
A: You can find the image of the label on the product page for whichever product you are interested in. We also created a page with the nutritional information for all of our products. Check out the Nutritional Facts page.
Q: Where can I find your product locally?
A: We have retail partners all over the USA, including Sprouts, Costco, Walmart, Walgreens, and Meijer. If you are looking for a specific product, send us an email with your city and state, and we will do our best to direct you.
Q: How do I know if my package has been delivered?
A: When your package is delivered, you should receive an email notification. You should also receive an email when the package ships, which will include the tracking number. Most of our shipments are currently being delivered by FedEx.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes, we always offer a subscription discount for our products. We also offer free shipping on orders over $35. On top of that, we offer specific discounts on a regular basis. To hear about these, sign up for our email list and follow us on Instagram.

Q: I received a notification that my package was delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?
A: We are sorry to hear that! To start, while it sounds silly, please check each of your doors (and maybe your neighbors too). Sometimes FedEx drops off at the wrong place. If you still cannot find your package, please let us know. We also recommend contacting FedEx because sometimes the driver makes a mistake.
Q: What allergens do your bars contain that I should be aware of?
A: We are always grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, and soy-free. That said, we do use tree nuts and seeds in most of our bars. For other specific allergen issues, always check the nutritional information.
Q: How can I tell if a product is Paleo Certified or Paleo Friendly Certified?
A: We include this information on each product page and the product has the certification printed on the wrapper.
Q: What is the difference between Paleo and Paleo-Friendly?
A: Paleo Certified means that the products do not contain highly processed ingredients and is free from dairy, legumes, grains and artificial ingredients.
Paleo Friendly is the same as Paleo but allows some foods that are in gray area such as dark chocolate and minimally processed ingredients.
Q: How do I add a discount to my order?
A: First, thank you for being a Caveman customer! After you add items to your cart, click on the checkout button. The place to enter your promo code will be under the items in your cart. If you do not see it, click the “Show order summary” link. And we can always help if you are still having issues.

Q: How much sugar is in your bars?
A: Each product is different because at the end of the day, we want to create the healthiest snacks possible and they need to be delicious! Check out the Nutritional Facts page to get the information for each snack.
Q: I am following a keto diet – can I eat your products? How much fat and carbohydrates is in each serving?
