Everyone at Caveman Foods is taking on a 30-day Paleo challenge for the month of May, and we’d love for you to follow along. We’re excited to reap the benefits of the Paleo lifestyle, and hope you will adopt some or all of these practices in your own life. Paleo is not about weight loss, although it is definitely great for those looking to lose weight. It’s so much more than that. When you put wholesome foods into your body, and eliminate inflammatory foods, such as gluten, dairy and legumes, you’ll regain energy and have more mental clarity, a stronger immune system and a longer life.

We have a diverse group of people in the office, some already Paleo experts, and others just beginning their journey. We’ll be providing plenty of tools and tips to help everyone succeed:
Keep a Food Journal
Food journals are a great tool for making you more aware of what you’re putting in your body and gaining an understanding of how specific foods make you feel.
We’ll be sharing our Paleo recipes throughout the challenge to inspire our colleagues to get in the kitchen and try new things!
Weekly Progress Updates
Participants will check in at least once a week to discuss their progress. This gives everyone an opportunity to discuss challenges they’re facing, share advice and motivate each other.
